Olive Garden Never-Ending Pasta Bowl 2026: Pricing, Takeout Rules, and Fine Print Exposed
Every summer, customer disputes emerge over takeout policy fine print. Many diners assume that paying for an all-you-can-eat meal includes taking the leftovers home in a plastic container. Darden Restaurants closes that loophole with unambiguous contract language: refills cannot leave the premises.
If you order a single-visit $14.99 bowl and cannot finish your first serving, the restaurant permits you to box up that original plate. However, once you accept an official refill bowl, staff cannot provide a to-go container for the uneaten remainder. Any pasta remaining in a refill bowl must stay on the table when you depart.
For passholders, the dine-in restrictions are even stricter. The entire pass is designated non-transferable, dine-in only. Attempting to place a Never-Ending Pasta Pass order over the phone or through the mobile app for curbside pickup results in immediate rejection. Bypassing this by ordering successive refills to discreetly slide into personal tupperware violates terms of service and risks permanent revocation of the pass.
