Fact-Checking Hailee Steinfeld Tiktok Rumors: What's Real About Her Baby and Co-Stars?
By David Miller
The blurred line between fictional characters and real-life actors remains a persistent nuisance for voice performers. On June 3, 2026, Shameik Moore, who voices Miles Morales opposite Steinfeld's Gwen Stacy in Sony's critically acclaimed animated franchise, took to an interactive livestream. Rather than discussing ongoing artistic projects or engaging in casual conversation, Moore found his comment feed swamped by users repeatedly badgering him about Steinfeld, her relationship, and fictional romance tropes.
As reported by The Tab, Moore openly criticized the invasive behavior, calling out users who constantly inject Steinfeld into his personal social media appearances. "It's weird," Moore remarked during the broadcast, addressing the relentless cross-pollination of their professional work with personal speculation. For years, fans of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Across the Spider-Verse projected the emotional chemistry between Miles and Gwen onto the voice talent. Moore's direct response served as a rare, unfiltered pushback against parasocial dynamics where online fans demand co-stars address private topics outside their purview.
