The clip did not stay contained within the Peacock streaming ecosystem. Within 24 hours of airing on August 12, 2021, unauthorized screen captures surged across social networks. Users stripped the audio, isolating the rapid transition from Cheadle's statement to Hart's exclamation, repurposing it to mock student loan balances, sudden car repair bills, and unexpected personal milestones.
