Caught on Camera: Surveillance Footage Shows Intruder Raiding Soul Vibez Signature in River North
By Alexander Ross
Internal cameras recorded the break-in with chilling clarity. The intruder, identified on tape as a shirtless male, forced entry by smashing through the reinforced exterior glass doors. Once inside, he moved methodically between the host podium, the bar area, and the back-of-house storage rooms, tearing open cabinets and overturning fixtures in search of accessible cash drawers.
The business security camera footage shows the suspect spending several chaotic minutes inside the premises. Instead of fleeing immediately upon triggering internal sensors, the individual continued ransacking shelves, destroying electronic terminals, and leaving heavy structural damage in his wake. The footage quickly circulated among neighborhood merchant groups, underscoring the brazen nature of retail burglaries hitting local corridors.
