Ainsel River Progression Order: When and How to Collect Nokstella's Golden Seed

The primary roadblock players face when hunting this Golden Seed is entering the underground map through the wrong door. In eastern Liurnia of the Lakes, the Ainsel River Well elevator carries you deep underground into the Southern Ainsel network. This zone winds through ant-infested caverns, past the Uhl Palace Ruins, and terminates directly at the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella.
Defeating the Dragonkin Soldier rewards players with the Frozen Lightning Spear and the Great Ghost Glovewort chest. However, it dead-ends entirely. Looking up from this arena, you can see the grand architecture of Nokstella hanging mockingly overhead, separated by sheer cliffs and iron-gated ramparts.
No amount of jumping, Torrent parkour, or illusory wall searching will connect the lower Ainsel River Well basin to the upper city. Reaching the Phantom Tree location requires entering through northern Ainsel River Main, an elevated region cordoned off behind high-level quest progression.
